Frequently Asked Questions

Why are ads shown?

We show ads so we can offer the app for free. In some detailed views, a video-ad prompt may appear (there is a daily limit on how often ads are shown).

My learning records disappeared / can I transfer them to a new device?

Your study and quiz records and settings are stored only on your device. As a result, they are not carried over if you delete the app or switch devices. We appreciate your understanding.

I want to change the display language

You can switch between English and Japanese from "My Page" in the app.

I want to change ad personalization or tracking settings

You can change this anytime in iOS under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. See the Privacy Policy for details.
